Our 5th swim meet of the season is Tuesday, June 23rd. This is an AWAY meet and we will be swimming against the Chadd Walk Tidal Waves. Please plan to arrive between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM to allow time for parking, check-in, and finding our team area before warm-ups begin. Warm-ups begin at 5:30 PM and the meet will start promptly at 6:00 PM.
Location:
Chestnut Springs
Pool
2477 Chestnut Springs Trail
Marietta, GA 30062
Parking & Seating:
Our hosts have provided a map that provides instructions on where to park. Please park only on the right side of the street and be mindful not to block driveways, mailboxes, fire hydrants, or posted no-parking areas. There is no parking allowed on Chestnut Springs Trail until after the first stop sign at Wood Thrush Way. Please note: Cobb County has an ordinance stating that parking 30 or less feet away from any stop sign is prohibited.
There will NOT be parking available directly at the pool and clubhouse; the parking area will be closed and reserved for the home team, league official, other swim team staff. Visiting families should plan to park along the surrounding neighborhood streets and allow a few extra minutes to walk to the pool.
Visitor seating will be on the far side of the pool closest to Lane 5 and the pool deck area by the bathrooms. Please bring chairs for your family, since seating will be limited. In addition, our hosts have indicated that swimmers are not allowed on the tennis courts. Please help us waterfall this request to your swimmers (thank you!).
Concessions:
Our hosts at Chestnut Springs team have put together a great concession menu, including Chick-fil-A sandwiches, pizza, desserts, snacks, and drinks. They accept cash and Venmo.
